The bead and stone selection/availability is always changing, so slight variations may occur, and we will gladly make corrections/changes to your specifications.

JEEBA Jewelry's mailing list is never sold or shared out of consideration for our customers' privacy. 

Ordering: 
All online orders will be processed as received and shipped within 2 weeks, depending on availability of stones and components.We have been associated with the jewelry business for approximately 30 years, and know that service, quality and customer satisfaction are of the utmost importance. We look forward to working for you in the future. You're welcome to place an order any hour, any day.  

Shipping: 
Our merchandise is primarily shipped via USPS PRIORITY MAIL or UPS ground. Unless advised differently your merchandise will be shipped via USPS PRIORITY MAIL for $8.00 within the United States. If you should prefer to receive you merchandise via ground UPS, a shipping and handling charge of $7.00 will be applicable for all orders within the United States. 

Returns and exchanges: 
Please package the item in its original, unused condition and enclose a note. We cannot guarantee full refund or exchange for custom items, nor accept responsibility for an incorrect measurement that we receive. We will, however, continue to do everything possible to guarantee your satisfaction with our products and service.
